Welcome to Real Estate Picture. By booking our real estate photography or videography services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure a smooth experience for all clients and outline your rights and responsibilities.
1. Service Agreement
We provide high-quality real estate photography and media services to real estate agents, builders, and private property vendors across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our services include:
- Residential and commercial property photography (daytime, twilight, day-to-dusk)
- Floor plans and site plans with measurements
- Aerial and drone photography with location highlights
- Cinematic video tours with optional voiceovers
- Digital staging of indoor and outdoor spaces
- 360° virtual tours
- Digital de-cluttering
- Corporate headshots and event photography / Videography / Live streaming
By booking our services, you confirm that you are authorized to request media on behalf of the property owner or agency.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or online form.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling due to bad weather is allowed with no additional cost if communicated in advance.
3. Turnaround Time
- Standard delivery time for photos is 48 hours.
- Video, 360° tours, and virtual staging may take 3–5 business days depending on project size.
- Priority services are available at an additional cost for urgent delivery.
4. Image Usage & Copyright
- All photos and videos remain the copyright of Real Estate Picture unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are granted a license to use media for marketing the listed property only.
- Images may not be resold, reused for future listings, or transferred to third parties without written consent.
- We reserve the right to use any media we create for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing.
5. Property Preparation
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean, tidy, and ready before the scheduled shoot.
- A pre-shoot checklist can be provided upon request.
- We are not responsible for the moving of furniture, cleaning, or staging on-site unless previously agreed.
6. Travel & Access
- We service all suburbs of Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria.
- Travel fees may apply for properties located outside our standard service zone.
- Clients must ensure timely access to the property on the day of the shoot.
7. Drone & Aerial Photography Conditions
- Drone services are subject to CASA regulations, weather conditions, and airspace clearance.
- If drone operations are not permitted or safe, we will discuss alternate options with you.
8. Digital Enhancements & Edits
- Digital staging, de-cluttering, and day-to-dusk edits are offered as optional services.
- Minor edits are included; additional retouching or revisions may incur extra charges.
9. Payments & Invoicing
- Payment is due before the delivery of photos / Video or any other services.
- We accept bank transfers and online payments.
- Late payments may attract administration fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide outstanding quality and service, Real Estate Picture shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our media. All services are provided “as is” and subject to availability.
